You can edit the properties of an account, including the maximum limits on the number of users, the number of reports, the number of report updates allowed per month, the dataset size (in bytes), and the size of the uploaded spreadsheet (in bytes). The dataset size is the size of the XML file that is created from the spreadsheet and distributed to users' mobile devices. The uploaded spreadsheet size is the size of a spreadsheet after it has been uploaded and converted for processing, which is usually approximately the same as the original size of the spreadsheet file, but may be larger.

You can also change the account type (i.e., standard monthly, negotiated terms, or free trial).
