This page describes a part of the Mobile Dashboard's process for configuring XML Web Services. For an introduction to the XML Web Services configuration process, see Section 7.1, “Introduction to XML Web Services Configuration”. Each data service is given a default name, taken from the name of the WSDL file uploaded. If you want to change the name, click on . You will then get a Select Data Service Name and Location pop-up window asking you to enter the name of the data service. You can place it in your desired location within the folder hierarchy.
You can also include a Description for the data service, for your own benefit, in case the name is not sufficient for you to know what the data service does.
