You can specify a user's name, the user's email address, a optional role, and the user's password. If the system has been configured with a default login ID suffix, then you may also configure the user to use a short user name to login (Section 4.2, “System Settings”). The user's login ID (email address or user name and optional role) and password are used by the user to log in and connect to the Mobile Dashboard from a mobile device.

If the user is also an administrator (e.g., an account administrator or a domain administrator), then the email address or user name is also used by the administrator to log into the Mobile Dashboard administration website.
