This page allows you to log into the Mobile Dashboard, and can also be used to register new accounts (see below).
To log in, you must have an administrator account. System administrators have access to all accounts and provide the promotion codes needed to create new accounts (see Section 4.8, “Promotion Codes”) and account administrators. (If you are using the single-tenant virtual appliance version of the Mobile Dashboard, only one account is allowed.) Account administrators (see Section 3.1, “Account Administrator Login”) manage a particular customer account and can create domains and domain administrators to manage segments of the account. Domain administrators (see Section 2.1, “Domain Administrator Login”) only manage their designated domains.
To log into the Mobile Dashboard:
Login ID: Enter your email address (or your user name, if one was assigned to you (see Section 4.2, “System Settings”)), and your optional role, if you were given one, e.g., bsmith, or bsmith@mycompany.com, or, including an optional role, bsmith/sales or bsmith@mycompany.com/sales.
Password: Enter your password.
Click on LOGIN.
What you will see, and what you have access to, when you log in will depend on your administrative status, i.e., whether you are a system administrator (access to system administration functions), an account administrator (access to a customer account), or a domain administrator (access to a specified domain within an account). In all cases, you will be working with the Mobile Dashboard's Agenda Environment (Section 1.3, “The Agenda Environment”).
This login page can also be used to create a new account. This requires a promotion code (Section 4.8, “Promotion Codes”). If you have a promotion code and wish to create an account, click on Register a new account to set up a new account (Section 4.11, “Create Account”).
