You can add the newly created task directly to the top-level of the Main Menu (on end users' mobile devices) by clicking on . Alternatively, you can structure a hierarchy of tasks on the Main Menu and include the task in a sub-folder on the Main Menu. For example you might want folders of tasks such as My Queries, My Operations, etc. and then add tasks to these folders. In this case, select , enter a folder name, and it will be added to the Main Menu. You can then select a folder within the Main Menu and then click on . After confirming the name of the task, it will be added to the selected folder.
This page also allows you to re-order the main menu, moving folders and/or tasks up or down and renaming the folders and tasks as desired.
