9.16. Edit Menu

You can edit the Main Menu (that appears on a mobile user's device) here. You can add a task directly to the top-level of the Main Menu by clicking on Add Task. Alternatively, you can structure a hierarchy of tasks on the Main Menu and include the task in a sub-folder on the Main Menu. For example you might want folders of tasks such as My Queries, My Operations, etc. and then add tasks to these folders. In this case, select Add Folder, enter a folder name, and it will be added to the Main Menu. You can then select a folder within the Main Menu and then click on Add Task.

If you add a task to the menu, a Select Task to Add to Menu pop-up window will ask you to select a task to add. Select a task and then click on OK. This will close the pop-up window and ask you to confirm the Name Menu Item (confirm or change the label of the task) After confirming the task name, the selected task will be added to the selected folder (or in the top-level) on the Main menu.

This page also allows you to re-order the main menu, moving folders and/or tasks up or down and renaming the folders and tasks as desired.
