This page describes a part of the Mobile Dashboard's process for configuring reports. For an introduction to the report configuration process, see Section 5.1, “Introduction To Report Configuration”. For an example of how a report can be configured, see Section 5.28, “Report Configuration Example”. You define which users and/or groups are to receive the report. On the left you will see the set of existing users and user groups (sets of users). Select an individual user or a group and then select to add the user or group to the recipient list.
You can also users and groups from the recipient list.
When you've finished selecting the recipients for a report, you will likely be finished creating or editing a report. If the is grayed out, then you are not yet finished, since there are agenda items that still need to be completed. Go to those items and complete them. will then allow you to complete the report creation or editing activity. At that point, you will likely be on the Review Reports page (Section 5.2, “Review Reports”) where you can edit or create other reports. When you are done, you can then the Review Reports page. When you are completely finished with all other activities, you can then review all your changes/additions and deploy your changes (Section 2.3, “Review and Deploy Changes”).
