This page allows you to create a new Mobile Dashboard account. (Only one account is allowed for the single-tenant virtual appliance version of the Mobile Dashboard.) You will need to have received an invitation including a promotion code (Section 4.7, “Promotion Codes”).
You will need to enter the following information:
Promotion Code field: If you received a promotion, enter it here. If you have not yet received a promotion, click on the Click Here to Apply link.
Account Information: Registration requires the creation of an account. Create an account by entering the following required information:
Name: Enter a name for the account. This will usually be your company's name (possibly abbreviated) — e.g., IBM, U.S. Treasury, County Art Museum, etc.
Default Domain: Enter a name for the first (default) domain in your account. Domains are typically used to segment a company into different departments, where each department has its own administrator and its own sets of reports. (For more information on domains, see Section 3.5, “Review Domains”.)
Primary Administrator Information: Every account has a primary account administrator (which may be you) who is responsible for overall management of the account.
The account administrator may also create other account administrators and/or domain administrators for selected responsibilities.
To create a primary account administrator, provide the following required information:
Full Name: Enter a name for the administrator (which may be you). This will usually be the administrator's full "real" name — Bob Jones, Howard Smith, etc.
Email: Enter the administrator's email address. This email will be used by the administrator for logging into the Mobile Dashboard website (Section 4.1, “Login to the Mobile Dashboard”) and for logging into the Mobile Dashboard from the person's mobile device (e.g., to receive reports).
Password field: Enter a password for the administrator.
Confirm Password field: Re-enter the password for the administrator. The value entered in this field should be the same as the value entered in the Password field above.
