You can test newly created or modified content to see if the content delivered and format meets your expectation. You would do this, for example, prior to deploying to end users.
You first select the individuals or group(s) of users that you want to test the user experience for. All of the content seen by those users or groups will be sent to you as if you were those users or were a member of those groups, while you are testing.
Select to begin. Testing mode will last for 15 minutes to give you sufficient time to view the new or modified content.
