This page describes a part of the Mobile Dashboard's process for configuring web sites. For an introduction to the web site configuration process, see Section 8.1, “Introduction to Web Site Configuration”. Select the source for obtaining the value of the selected element, that is, whether the value will be entered by the user at run-time on the user's mobile device, whether the value is a fixed value, or whether the value is obtained from the user's profile property. If it is to be entered by the mobile end user, provide a Name of Input for the field (this will appear on the mobile device) and an example value that will be used now on the web page for macro recording purposes. If it is a fixed value, enter the value in the Always Use This Value field. If it is obtained from the user's profile property, click on Select Property which brings up a Select Profile Property pop-up window. Select the user profile property from the User Profile Properties table and then click on OK to close the pop-up window. Now enter a sample Value to Use for Recording.

When done selecting the input source for the action, click on Perform Action. This will fill in the selected field element on the web page according to your input source specification.
