This page describes a part of the Mobile Dashboard's process for configuring XML Web Services. When you check the box The operations in this WSDL require HTTP Athentication when uploading a WSDL file, you must specify where you want the username and pasword to be obtained. They can each be obtained from either a profile property of the user, or be input by the user, or have a fixed value set in advancce, or else, the two individual username and/or password inputs to the data service can be configured to insert the desired values, by customizing the data service inputs in a subsequent step.

For each field, username and password, first select where you want the value to be obtained, using the appropriate radio buttons, then supply additional data if needed, such as the fixed value, if desired, or which profile property to obtain it from, if desired.
