This page describes a part of the Mobile Dashboard's process for configuring XML Web Services. You can provide a template for the data service input. The template can include parameters. To define a new parameter, select Insert New Parameter which will allow you to create a new parameter name. Parameters will start with a dollar sign ($) and end with a semi-colon (;). To insert an already defined parameter, i.e., one in the Parameters table, highlight the desired parameter name and then select Insert Parameter Selected Below.

You can also select a source for the value of a template parameter. Select a parameter name and then select Edit Source for Parameter.
